This United States Agency for International Development-funded study aims to assess the effect of FSGs on retention in care among HIV-positive women initiating ART under Option B+. The study will also examine clinical and demographic characteristics associated with women retained in care and those more likely to participate in FSGs. The study involves a retrospective cohort of women who initiated lifelong ART between March and July 2013 at 20 health facilities in Uganda.
