This Children’s Investment Fund Foundation-funded cross-sectional study aimed to assess: 1) the quality of client-level data, including completeness, accuracy, and reasons for non-concordance; and (2) client satisfaction with PMTCT services offered at health facilities in Zimbabwe. The study also explored and assessed the availability and functionality of client involvement structures in care services.
