PUSH is a five-year award that supports Lesotho’s Ministry of Health to implement a comprehensive package of HIV services in six districts of Lesotho (Butha Buthe, Mafeteng, Maseru, Mohale’s Hoek, Mokhotlong, and Thaba Tseka) at 111 health facilities, including operations research in 12 health facilities. The comprehensive package of services supported at the 111 health facilities under PUSH includes: HIV counseling and testing, PMTCT and early infant HIV diagnosis (EID) and treatment; adult and pediatric TB diagnosis and treatment; pediatric and adult ART initiation and retention support; management of TB/HIV co-infection;  reproductive health care (including cervical cancer screening and treatment); nutrition support; community engagement; community-clinic linkages; quality improvement; strategic information and evaluation; and health workforce capacity building.
