Community Engagement to Improve PMTCT Service Delivery in Malawi

Overview

The purpose of this study is to assess and improve service quality issues related to client access, acceptability, initiation of ART, retention, and adherence as well as their satisfaction with PMTCT programs and to evaluate the cost and effectiveness of the program. To achieve these objectives, EGPAF is working with CARE to adapt and evaluate the impact of their Community Score Card, for use in Malawi PMTCT programs.
