Good Day LA

EGPAF Ambassador Jake Glaser sat down this morning with the hosts of  Fox 11's Good Day LA to talk about ending AIDS in children, being healthy and thriving with HIV and EGPAF's upcoming A Time For Heroes family festival.

Jake discussed his mother's, EGPAF co-founder Elizabeth Glaser, legacy and impact on public perception of HIV/AIDS and his own struggles growing up HIV positive and with accepting his status. He also emphasized the tremendous progress that has been made through EGPAF's programs to prevent mother-to-child transmission of HIV and to provide care and treatment to children already infected.  He concluded by urging viewers to get involved online and at EGPAF's 26th annual A Time For Heroes family festival, which will be held Sunday October 25th from noon to 3:00pm at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, LA.
