Photo of the Day: Ending the Silence around HIV
By EGPAF | January 20, 2014
Though the last two decades have seen great advances in the fight to curb the HIV/AIDS epidemic worldwide, there’s still an incredible amount of work to be done.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once dreamed of a day when children, regardless of their race, could play, learn, and grow together. He gave his life to make that dream a reality. At the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), we dream of a day where no child is born with HIV.
AIDS is the challenge of our decade. We cannot remain silent. With our voices united in the fight to end pediatric HIV, there’s no way that we cannot achieve an HIV-free future.
