Announcing New Program Briefs!

A page from one of EGPAF’s new program briefs explaining our work to eliminate pediatric HIV and create an AIDS-free generation worldwide.

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF)’s New Business Development team is excited to share new, simplified program briefs that highlight our work across different core impact areas. The first set of program briefs, developed in collaboration with various departments throughout the Foundation, cover topics such as prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), care and treatment, health systems strengthening, and a general overview of our work. We are working to finalize program briefs for the remaining impact areas, including research, community engagement, maternal and child health, and a brief focused on how we support ministries of health to scale-up and improve the quality of services. We will be translating the program briefs into French and Portuguese so they can be used across all of our country programs and at the global level.

Each program brief highlights our organizational expertise, approach, and accomplishments within the focus impact area. These briefs are intended for an audience that might not be as familiar with HIV or global health, but might be interested in learning more about our work.

Overall, the program briefs will serve as a key tool in our broader efforts to raise visibility about EGPAF’s diverse areas of expertise and accomplishments, position EGPAF for new funding and partnership opportunities, and serve as a “conversation starter” with new donors and partners in our current countries as well as countries that we are exploring for expansion.
