Foundation Ambassador Florence Ngobeni-Allen introduced United States Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton at an event on Thursday, November 29 launching the new PEPFAR Blueprint: Creating an AIDS-Free Generation. The new plan is a special, action-oriented plan to set and meet priorities for achieving the elimination of pediatric AIDS.
