Uganda: A Community Focus, A Common Goal
Today, in collaboration with the Uganda National AIDS Control Program, EGPAF is increasing access to a broad range of comprehensive quality HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis (TB) services for children, women, and families. EGPAF works in 13 districts in Southwest Uganda in support of the Strengthening TB and AIDS Response in Southwest Uganda (STAR-SW) project – a five-year, USAID-funded project.
Pictured here are scenes from the STAR-SW launch in Ntungamo district; the family support group and home visit support initiative in Ibanda district; and the client-focused work of peer counselors at Rugazi Health Center IV in Rubirizi District.
