A Time For Heroes Celebrity Picnic 2012

On June 3, 2012, EGPAF’s annual A Time for Heroes Celebrity Picnic brought 1,000 Angelenos together to hang out with stars of the stage, screen and stadium; play old-fashioned carnival games; get creative with arts and crafts; dance to some great music; and enjoy a banquet of unbelievable food — all while helping to end pediatric AIDS worldwide. A Time for Heroes has raised close to $34 million since 1990, including nearly $1 million this year alone, to fund pediatric AIDS research and EGPAF’s international medical programs to prevent new HIV infections in babies and to keep HIV-positive mothers alive through lifesaving treatment.
