WHO
The World Health Organization (WHO) and EGPAF primarily engage around the Inter-Agency Task Team on prevention of HIV infection in pregnant women, mothers and their children. EGPAF also has worked with the WHO around the development of the WHO guidelines, specifically for pediatric treatment, prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV, and infant feeding. The WHO and EGPAF also work together to pilot syphilis testing as part of PMTCT programming in Zambia and Uganda.
