Peter Savosnick

Senior Director, Country Management and Support

Peter Savosnick is based in Nairobi, Kenya, and oversees EGPAF's program implementation and support in Eastern, Central, and West Africa, specifically in Côte d’Ivoire, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, and Cameroon. He has more than 20 years of experience in development, including 16 years working in the health sector.

Prior to joining EGPAF, Savosnick worked as the Uganda country representative for Pathfinder International, Management Sciences for Health, where he provided technical assistance to the Uganda Ministry of Health. Prior to joining Pathfinder International, he worked as a private consultant in international and private business sector development with organizations such as The Futures Group, INTRA Health, Population Council, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Haskins and Sells (Touche), John Snow, Inc., the International Labour Organization, and Alexander Gibb and Partners. Savosnick received his bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of Stockholm, Sweden.
