Working with passion and dedication to provide global leadership on pediatric HIV/AIDS...
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation will work tirelessly to create a culture of hope, to accelerate scientific discovery, and to imagine a world in which children and families live free from HIV/AIDS.
Values
- Innovation. The Foundation is committed to working with a creative and forward-thinking spirit—believing that this mindset is integral to achieve our mission of eradicating pediatric AIDS.
- Passion. The Foundation began with a mother’s love for her children. That spirit—embodied in each member of our hardworking staff—continues to inform our work around the world.
- Excellence. The Foundation is committed to providing top-quality services in every aspect of our work, challenging ourselves to achieve the greatest possible impact.
- Teamwork. Whether collaborating with national or local governments, working together with researchers, or partnering with an array of other organizations, the Foundation believes that working together is the only way to create a generation free of HIV.
- Accountability. The Foundation approaches our work with integrity, honesty, and transparency. As we implement our programs, we strive for the highest ethical standards in support of our donors and partners.
- Leadership. From our humble beginnings around a kitchen table, the Foundation has emerged as a global force in the fight against HIV and AIDS. We strive to set an example in our work and rally national and global entities to rapidly, effectively, and efficiently achieve the Foundation’s mission.
These values are principles we subscribe to – every day.
Diversity
With employees in 16 countries, the Foundation’s culture exemplifies diversity. Our progress in the fight against pediatric HIV/AIDS is directly related to understanding, valuing, and representing the unique global perspectives of our employees, donors, funders, partners, and supporters.
